Personal Training sessions are customised and our instructors also guide you on lifestyle habits and nutrition to ensure maximum progress toward your fitness goals.

Our small group classes provide a way to motivate, achieve and develop teamwork between you and your group. Reaching fitness and training goals and having a blast along the way is our main priority.
Our 60-minute training sessions are flexible to match your needs.

Hobart PCYC is able to accommodate bookings for large group training activities such as sporting organisations, seniors groups and school communities. Activities can be individually tailored to meet group requirements. Applicable costs will be determined in response to specific requirements.
